The SYS-111E-FDWTR uses 8x DDR5 ECC RDIMM slots to scale memory capacity and bandwidth for packet processing, virtualization, and AI pre-processing, while keeping RAS characteristics suitable for unattended sites. For I/O, the SYS-111E-FDWTR exposes PCIe 5.0 expansion through multiple x16 mechanical slots, enabling accelerator, DPU, or high-speed NIC integration without sacrificing 1U density.
