By combining a blade-style density model with integrated liquid cooling, the SBI-612BA-1NE34-LCC targets high-core-count consolidation without sacrificing serviceability or rack-level power governance.
Compute nodes based on LGA7529 scale up to 128 cores and up to 500W TDP, supported by a 12-DIMM DDR5 ECC RDIMM/MRDIMM memory architecture to maintain bandwidth and capacity headroom for virtualization and technical computing. PCIe Gen5 expansion provides 2x x16 FHFL slots to host PCIe accelerators or high-speed I/O, including support for 1 double-width FHFL card or 2 single-width cards.
