The AS-1116R-FN4 uses a DDR5 UDIMM memory architecture with 2 slots supporting up to 192GB, enabling efficient VM density and in-memory caching while keeping platform complexity low. PCIe 5.0 connectivity is exposed through a low-profile x16 slot for NICs, accelerators, or video capture cards where full-height GPU form factors are not required.
