MCX4121A-ACAT

High-Performance PCIe Ethernet NIC enabling RDMA and data centre offloads with the MCX4121A-ACAT

The MCX4121A-ACAT integrates the Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx EN platform as a PCIe 3.0 x8 add-in adapter, delivering low-latency Ethernet with RDMA for clustered compute while preserving host memory bandwidth through protocol offloads. MCX4121A-ACAT supports segmentation and traffic control with VLAN and QoS policy enforcement, aligning well with leaf/spine uplinks and virtualized networks where deterministic throughput and predictable latency are required.

Why Choose the MCX4121A-ACAT?

MCX4121A-ACAT improves density-to-performance by combining RDMA capability and mature Ethernet offloads in a single, standards-based NIC designed for scalable server fleets.

Mellanox engineering prioritizes wire-speed processing, robust driver ecosystems, and enterprise reliability aligned with modern data centre standards, including RoHS compliance and interoperable IEEE networking features.

Key Applications:

Server uplinks for leaf/spine fabrics
RDMA-enabled clustered compute
Virtualization and multi-tenant segmentation
QoS-driven east-west traffic

At Happyware - Server Hardware you benefit from bulk order discount options for large MCX4121A-ACAT deployments and 24/7 customer service to support procurement and rollout planning for MCX4121A-ACAT across your infrastructure.
