| Description: | Fujitus has the following, SLAs: Collect-&-Return-Garantie: The defective item is picked up from the customer and sent for repair. The customer must package the item, unless told otherwise. After repair, the item is returned to the customer. Door-to-Door-Garantie (Austausch vor Ort): If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, the defective item is replaced with an equivalent product at the customer's location. Ersatzteilgarantie: Fujitsu covers the cost of parts, but the customer covers labor and transport costs. Garantie mit Vor-Ort-Service: A technician may visit the customer’s location for repairs if within 50 km or 1-hour drive of a service center. Additional travel costs may apply for longer distances. Bring-In-Garantie: The customer must bring the defective device to a service center. After repair, the customer is notified to pick it up. Send-In-&-Return-Garantie (Return-to-Base-Garantie): The customer sends the defective device to the service center at their expense, and Fujitsu returns it after repair.
